How To Install a WordPress Template Theme In 7 Easy Steps
STEP 1
Select “Appearance” and click on “Themes” within your Dashboard.
STEP 2
Click “Add New.”
STEP 3
Choose from 5 different methods to find a theme:
• Featured
• Popular
• Latest
• Feature Filter
• The theme search bar
I have selected the “Featured” option for this example.
STEP 4
Hover your mouse cursor over the theme that appeals to you the most and click on “Details &
Preview” to see a live example of the WordPress theme.
STEP 5
If you’re happy with the theme layout, click on “Install.”
STEP 6
When WordPress has finished downloading and installing the theme, click “Activate.”
STEP 7
Visit your website’s home page to see your new template theme in action.
